A new call for advocacy initiatives to mitigate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic
08/02/2022The Swiss project “Together for Active Civil Society – ACT” opened a call for project proposals of civil society organizations (CSOs) for initiatives related to mitigating the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The ACT project is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The call is opened on Monday, January 24, 2022 and it will last until February 24, 2022, by 5 p.m.
The overall goal of the current call is to support the advocacy initiatives of civil society organizations (CSOs) towards decision makers at the local and / or national level aimed at mitigating the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The maximum requested amount according to the project proposal is up to 1,000,000.00 RSD. The duration of approved projects is limited to 6 months, and up to 10 civil society organizations will be supported within the call. Applicants can be civil society organizations in partnership with another CSO or independently, which in the previous period have shown commitment to mitigating the negative consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic. Applicants base their work on respect for human rights, transparency, inclusion, gender equality, non-violence, openness and accessibility.
