In the first phase, the internal evaluation committee of the ACT team, made up of representatives of Helvetas and Civic Initiatives, conducted an evaluation of the submitted project proposals for advocacy at the local level. The estimated duration of this phase was 30 days. In the second phase, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation validated and verified the decision on the selection of OGDs receiving funds.
