Paulina is a Polish communications consultant specializing in crisis management, strategic communications, and political marketing. She has developed strategies and crisis protocols for numerous CSOs in the Western Balkans. As an experienced trainer, she regularly conducts training sessions on crisis communication and issue management for nonprofits. Over the past 10 years, Paulina has successfully worked on numerous political campaigns across the Western Balkans, consulting prime ministers, ministers, and MPs, and helping safeguard the reputations of various political actors. Recently, she has also been involved in ongoing projects in Ukraine and Moldova. Paulina holds a degree in International Relations and is an expert on Eastern Europe. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in the Psychology of Marketing and Communications. She is based in Belgrade, where she runs her own consulting agency.
