An alternative for safer chemicals – ALHem is a non-governmental organization, based in Belgrade, whose goal is to promote sustainable development, primarily the safe management of chemicals. The association was founded in April 2013 by experts with many years of experience in the field of safe chemical management. ALHem’s main task is to provide knowledge to industry and chemical products’ distributers and are responsible for the safe management of chemicals. Based on verified scientific information and the latest technical knowledge, ALHem aims to influence state authorities to adopt and implement policies that will result in non-toxic environments for our children.
