The Association’s mission is to contribute to reducing the gender gap in the labor market through social and economic empowerment and connecting unemployed women aged 45+. Key values are the fight against gender discrimination and the realization of the right to dignified work. By empowering women who have been fired and supporting them to re-engage in work, the Association ensures that their rich business and life experience once again become a resource for society and thus contributes to mitigating the deep gender gap that exists on the labor market in Serbia.
