During three days of intensive work at Hotel Moskva, an advanced crowdfunding training was held, bringing together ACT partners ready to improve their campaigns and develop concrete strategies for success. The training was led by Tamara Klarić, who provided expert guidance through the more complex aspects of campaign development.
The program began with an introductory session and an analysis of the key elements of a successful crowdfunding campaign, followed by intensive group work. Participants developed their own ideas, planned campaign timelines, created content, and selected appropriate communication channels. Each segment of the training was clearly focused on practical application and strengthening participants’ capacities.
Additional value was provided through discussions with experts in media and digital communications, as well as joint analysis of real-life examples, which further contributed to understanding the challenges and opportunities in campaign implementation.
The training concluded with feedback exchange, evaluation, and the definition of clear next steps for launching crowdfunding campaigns.
