Description: This project enables this CSOto focus on their own capacities, to empower them, to prepare internal organizational documents, to expand organizational activities, become more successful and recognizable on local and regional level. Through internal capacitation, simultaneously, ADC plans to empower citizens and include them in local policy processes on a higher level than before
