Institutional grant as a generator of new strengths of an experienced organization

FORCA from Požega is a civil society organization with twenty years of experience working in the community, but now, according to Miroslav Tamburić, for the first time after so much time, projects, initiatives and achieved results, a grant appeared that gave the organization the opportunity to deal with itself. Thanks to the ACT institutional grant, FORCA developed a strategic development plan, tripled the number of employees and significantly increased their capacities. Some new areas of work have also been opened, which FORCA will devote itself to in the coming period.
