Boban Stojanović holds a PhD in Political Science and is a Research Associate. He was born in 1989 in Lika. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade as the top student in his class. A year later (2013), he defended his master’s thesis, and in 2022, he earned his doctorate at the same faculty with a dissertation on local elections, local coalitions, intra-party democracy, and more broadly, local democracy in Serbia. In September 2024, he was appointed to the academic title of Research Associate. He is the author of more than 25 research publications, over 25 scientific papers, and has participated in several international research projects. He has presented papers at around ten international scientific conferences. He has conducted about 80 research projects, leading research teams in more than half of them. Some of his key research areas include political parties, elections, local democracy, public policy, youth, and youth policy.
