Dragan has nearly 20 years of experience in civil society development, with expertise in designing and leading organizational and program strategies, planning and conducting research, monitoring and evaluation, and strengthening organizational capacities. I have worked in local, regional, and international organizations and, through engagements with networks and donors across the Western Balkans and Eastern Europe, collaborating with organizations that promote democracy, solidarity, and citizen participation. I am skilled in facilitating strategic processes, developing organizational structures, and supporting teams in organizational development and sustainability.
