Mentorship in human resource management systems, where she assists selected organizations in restructuring teams, team building, data protection, and improving employees’ soft skills.
Dragana graduated from the University of Belgrade, Management of Human and Social Resources. She is experienced in the civil society, startup, and corporate sectors. She has been working on civil society projects since the very beginning of her career, focusing on human security and monitoring the expenditure on budget funds. Throughout her extensive career, she has dealt with all aspects of human resources management, from launching HR departments and creating procedures and processes in startups, to digitizing and automating HR processes, conducting workshops and training in the field of soft skills acquisition, to recruitment and selection, employee development, organizational culture, and daily HR activities.
If things were different, she would have been a detective, not an HR.
