Igor Jojkić has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant for organizational development in the public, business, and civil sectors of the Western Balkans and the EU. He specializes in applying innovative approaches and agile methodologies, contributing to the increased efficiency of organizations. He has formal education in media and communications, focusing on public advocacy. He has extensive experience in creating advocacy strategies, measuring their impact, and achieving social changes through engaging various actors. He is the author of several public advocacy manuals used in training civil society organizations to lead effective advocacy campaigns and initiatives. Through his work, he significantly contributes to the development of public policies that encourage political reforms, civic participation, and thus increase the accountability of decision-makers.
