Provides mentoring support to organizations in the process of identifying key stakeholders and developing sustainable strategic partnerships, project ideas in line with relevant funding programs, as well as effective project management.
Jelena has 20 years of professional experience in civil society development, cooperation with state institutions, and international organizations. She has independently managed high-value donor portfolios and has a broad range of expertise in project management, grant evaluation, and capacity building. She possesses extensive knowledge of the institutional, legal, and financial frameworks affecting civil society, both in Serbia and the wider region. She has played a key role in developing tools, guidelines, and mechanisms for improving civil society participation in the creation and monitoring of public policies. As a mentor and trainer, she provides expert support to civil society organizations and institutions in strengthening their capacities for effective use of EU funds, designing sustainable projects, and improving cooperation policies.
