An expert with more than 15 years of experience in finance and the development of social entrepreneurship. She gained her banking experience at Erste Bank in Serbia and Erste Group in Austria, where she worked on developing social banking initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans.
She has extensive experience in designing financial and non-financial support models, as well as in establishing cross-sector partnerships and capacity-building programs at both national and regional levels. Her expertise includes innovative social finance instruments such as social impact bonds, payment-by-results mechanisms, hybrid financial models, and related approaches.
In 2021, she founded Social Prudence Consulting, providing strategic advisory services to organizations focused on growth and increasing social impact. She specializes in mentoring and advising social enterprises in developing sustainable business models, diversifying revenue streams, designing fundraising strategies, and managing social impact.
