Relja Dereta has over 15 years of experience in performing and delivering training sessions on communication and personal expression. He has worked individually with more than 100 TEDx speakers as a speaker trainer, helping them develop and refine their talks. He is an instructor at Tango Natural, the largest Argentine tango school in Europe, where he also performs at regional and European tango events. He is the founder of the School of Activism, through which hundreds of young people have learned how to develop, communicate, and implement their ideas. He has integrated these experiences into the Reka method for developing communication skills. He collaborates with global experts, C-level executives, IT professionals, startup founders, creatives, and others who need to strategically shape their communication and translate complex ideas into impactful messages that inspire and motivate audiences to act and create change. He is a member of the Board of Civic Initiatives and the Advisory Board of Creative Mentorship.
