ACT engagement:
She provides mentoring support for public advocacy in the field of social protection.
Consultant and social worker with over 40 years of experience in the public sector and 25 years in civil society, both in Serbia and the region. She specializes in social policy, with a particular focus on social protection, healthcare, and social inclusion of vulnerable groups, including women, people with disabilities, refugees, the Roma population, people with mental health issues, and others. She obtained a certificate in NGO management training in 2000, and since 2001, she has actively supported civil society organizations as a trainer and consultant in areas such as community development project monitoring and implementation, local-level public advocacy, and organizational capacity building. She has delivered more than 1500 days of training, including basic, advanced, and ToT (Training of Trainers) courses, as well as assessments of projects and organizational capacities. Within the ACT program, she has been engaged as a mentor to organizations advocating for public policies in the field of social protection.
