Vladimir Pavlović

Mentor for supporting CSOs in strategic planning.

Vladimir Pavlović is the Program Director at the Belgrade Open School. His areas of interest include public policy development, public advocacy, civil society development, good governance, and the legal system of the European Union. He is the author of several manuals and guides covering various aspects of public policy development, public advocacy, civil society organizations’ participation in decision-making processes, and the process of European integration in Serbia. He is a certified trainer in public policy proposal writing (LGI Budapest) and in negotiation and mediation (Carr, Swanson & Randolph LLC). He was a student of the 9th generation of the Belgrade Open School’s educational program “Future Studies.”

He is a proud father of Elena and Luka.
