Provides mentor support for accreditation of CSOs programs in the social protection filed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n She holds a master\u2019s degree in psychology and specializes in social inclusion issues for vulnerable groups and the development of social protection services. With extensive experience in direct work with vulnerable populations, she has also been actively involved in advocacy and activism to improve the rights and conditions of these groups, through her work with Group 484, the NGO “Lastavica,” and the “HumanaS” network, among others. As a member of the association “Most” (since 1993), which unites professionals in the fields of conflict resolution, anti-discrimination, and the promotion of diversity, she is the author of the number of training courses in these areas. From 2009 to 2013, she worked at the Ministry of Education, supporting the implementation of inclusive education through the DILS project. From 2013 to 2024, she served as an independent advisor in the Department of Research and Development at the Republic Institute for Social Protection, where she primarily monitored and reported on the quality and delivery of social protection services in both community settings and institutional care for children and youth. She is one of the authors of the Family Support Worker service. Additionally, she contributed to the development and improvement of regulatory frameworks in both the social protection and education systems.
