Through lectures and practical exercises, participants covered the key provisions of the Law on Volunteering, the obligations of volunteer organizers, as well as examples of good practices in planning, organizing, and monitoring volunteer activities. The training provided concrete tools for improving volunteer management, including processes for selection, motivation, coordination, and evaluation. Participants also had the opportunity to develop models that can contribute to greater citizen engagement in their communities and to strengthening local initiatives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unlike previous trainings, this session was led by colleagues from the partner organization CEPORA \u2013 <span class=\"s1\"><b>Brankica Popovi\u0107 \u0106iti\u0107<\/b><\/span> and <span class=\"s1\"><b>Lidija Bukvi\u0107<\/b><\/span>, who, in addition to academic knowledge, have many years of practical experience working with volunteers and civil society organizations.
