An intensive three-day training focused on improving communication skills, digital tools, and content creation for modern platforms was held from April 15 to 17 for ACT partners. The training was led by mentor and trainer Ivana Injac, who has extensive experience in the field of communications. A total of twenty participants attended the training.<\/p>\n
On the first day, participants were introduced to the goals of the training and key topics. The focus was on understanding modern communication channels, tools, and platforms that shape information exchange in 2026. The second part of the day covered mobile journalism and content production \u201con the go,\u201d with a particular emphasis on transitioning from idea to video content execution.<\/p>\n
The second day was dedicated to practical aspects of adapting content to different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Participants learned how to tailor messages according to the specifics of each platform and how to develop visual content that captures audience attention. A special segment focused on different content formats, both horizontal and vertical, as well as basic design principles.<\/p>\n
The final day focused on crisis communication. Participants analyzed how to respond when situations take an unexpected turn, emphasizing speed, clarity, and responsibility in communication. Special attention was given to the first 60 minutes of a crisis, as a crucial period for managing information and public communication.<\/p>\n
