Exchange of the two sister projects, ACT and PRAGG, in Sarajevo

On 18 November 2025 the two sister projects, PRAGG and ACT, funded respectively by SDC in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and in Serbia held in Sarajevo a half-day exchange session as part of their projects annual planning processes.

The exchange was organised in a World Café format, structured for 27 participants.

The discussion focused on three thematic blocks:

risk communication in challenging environment,

inter-project collaboration, support, and inclusion, and

advocacy in a shrinking civic space.

Each thematic block was framed by two guiding questions, providing a structured set of discussion prompts across the workshop.

Divided in groups, participants rotated through three rounds, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute to each thematic block. A subsequent plenary allowed all participants to hear the consolidated conclusions for each question and to reflect further.

Below are the key highlights for each theme and question, presented in the order discussed, followed by a brief narrative summary.
